The Cleaning Process
Preconditioning
This step consists of applying a liquid pre-spray to loosen soil and break down oil and grease residues suspended in the fibres preparing the carpet for cleaning.
The Hot Water Extraction System
Sometimes referred to as steam cleaning and recommended by leading carpet manufacturers. Using high performance equipment, hot cleaning solution is sprayed at high pressure down into the fibres and immediatley drawn off using a powerful vacuum, carrying away the solution, dirt and grit, leaving the carpet deeply cleaned.
Only high quality cleaning products are used to ensure that no sticky residues are left in the carpet, which would attract dirt and quickly resoil the carpet.

Drying Time

To help protect the carpet or upholstery in your home, Dupont Teflon, a top quality stain and soil repelant can be applied, this will form an invisible shield around the fibres so that it is more likely that spillages can be professionally cleaned reducing the chance of permanent staining.
